Ten things that make me happy:

10 – freshly painted nails
9   – the smell of fresh baked goods…or cinnamon…or fresh garlic…or coffee beans
8   – a clean home/car/backyard
7   – my morning coffee…especially on lazy, snuggly Saturday mornings with my two loves!
6   – a good thrifty find or bargain at a store
5   – running outside, and the general feeling of just being inspired/motivated
4   – taking a hot shower after a long day
3   – my amazing family
2   – my fur baby, Izzy
1   – my best friend, teammate and the man I get to spend forever with

  1. That is an awesome list!!! I was going to say running outside, too. In the woods, with the sun peeking through the leaves. Love it. Spending time with friends and family. Feeling well rested and eating healthy. Data! 🙂 Teaching strength class.

  2. So many people, like us, have put coffee haven’t they. I think it’s almost a staple food or just about the last thing anyone would give up. If you like the smell of garlic, you would have loved it where we walked today. The woods where we walked was filled with wild garlic and bluebells everywhere. The smell was amazing.

  3. Ooooh, all of those things (with the exception of coffee…I just can’t get into coffee) sound perrrfect! I’m so with you on the whole clean house/car thing. It’s the greatest feeling EVER! I’m always so much more productive when my environment is clean 🙂 Great family picture of you all, by the way. Your dog is super photogenic!!
